Think again! My guest today is Marsha Feldman she’s a  former Ms. United States, a proud mother of two children, a community leader, model, published author, and charity supporter and activist.  She’s President of the Aventura Chapter’s International Association of Women (IAW), where she empowers women and the local business community by creating opportunities for all to benefit. She’s also a runner.

“Never think you’re too old to do anything, I just proven that to myself entering in my first pageant in my 40s”

We talked about how opportunities started opening up for her when she started running and utilizing that passion to benefit many charities.

Many years ago, I opened up a web development studio with a business partner; I wondered what it was like nowadays being a woman in IT. I loved listening to Marsha talk about her experiences, how to overcome challenges and succeed in a male-dominated industry. She also talked about how things have improved over the years.

“I feel like women have always had to prove themselves to the world, especially in IT a male-dominated industry”

In this episode, you will also learn:

  • How women have to be proving their worth at all times

  • and more
